ABERYSTWYTH GOLF CLUB
Situated above the mid Wales coastal town, Clwb Golff Aberystwyth is blessed with stunning views over Cardigan Bay. From Snowdonia and the Lleyn Peninsula to the Preseli Mountains in Pembrokeshire, there is hardly a comparable view from any golf course, anywhere.

BORTH & YNYSLAS GOLF CLUB
Ranked 14th in the 2020 National Club Golfer top 100 courses in Wales and set in a spectacular location on the sweep of Cardigan Bay, Borth and Ynyslas Golf Club was established in 1885 and is reputedly the oldest course in Wales. The only true links course in Ceredigion, the course was redesigned by Harry S Colt in 1947 and provides a great test of golf all year round as one would expect from a Golf Union of Wales championship venue.

CARDIGAN GOLF CLUB
Founded in 1895 and listed as one of the top 20 courses to play in Wales, Cardigan golf course is situated less than three miles outside the town centre. Built on elevated ground with spectacular views of Cardigan Bay from every hole, the course is mainly links with good, natural drainage allowing it to remain open year round and is especially renowned for its fair and true greens. The fairways follow the natural humps and hollows of the ground and are, for the most part, delineated with gorse fronted by a myriad of wild plants and flowers throughout the seasons.

CILGWYN GOLF CLUB, LLANGYBI
This nine-hole course was founded originally in 1905 in the town of Lampeter, but moved in the late 1970s to its new home in Llangybi, a village five miles north-east of Lampeter. The course sits in a secluded valley and is very picturesque. It’s a flat parkland layout but the trees, ponds and streams give players plenty to think about as they try and plot their way around the course.

PENRHOS PARK GOLF CLUB, LLANRHYSTUD
Tee off whilst taking in the gently sloping greens and spectacular views of rural Wales. With exceptionally maintained courses, floodlit driving range and clubhouse, golf can be enjoyed throughout the seasons at Penrhos Park. The jewel in the crown is a superb, 18-hole championship course designed by one of the UK’s leading course architects, David Williams, which makes the very best of Cardigan Bay’s most spectacular scenery.

CWMRHYDNEUADD GOLF CLUB, PENTREGAT
The course, designed by then-owner Gerwyn Davies, was first opened in 1992. A clubhouse was added shortly afterwards. This picturesque nine-hole course is set in a secluded valley surrounded by a clear water stream, with an abundance of wildlife including the red kites that can be enjoyed whilst out on the course.
