A 27-hole club with the 18-hole, par 70 (5,821-yard) Dukes course and nine-hole Duchess course. A resort and parkland golf course designed by Peter Allis in 1994.

DENBIGH GOLF CLUB
An 18-hole parkland course with mature trees offering magnificent panoramic views along the Vale of Clwyd to the coast. Pay and play is available to non-members. In 2009, a father and son each had a hole-in-one at the club, the odds of which were said to be 13,000-1.

KINMEL PARK GOLF CLUB, RHYL
Under new management since 2019, Kinmel Park Golf, situated just off the A55 in Bodelwyddan, has undergone extensive changes. As well as a nine-hole course, the range has been designed with emphasis on making practice as realistic to playing on a course as possible. There are 18 greens cut out on the range and the best range balls. Home to RG Golf Academy, known for its first-class tuition with the latest technology.

NORTHOP COUNTRY PARK GOLF CLUB, MOLD
Set in stunning 247-acre parkland course designed by former Ryder Cup player John Jacobs, Northop Golf Club, located in the heart of Northop, Flintshire, is among the most celebrated golfing venues in north Wales. Northop offers a championship course, well-kept and always developing, with USPGA-style greens in play 12 months of the year and multiple teeing areas making it a perfect location for golfers of all abilities.

RHUDDLAN GOLF CLUB, RHYL
Set in the beautiful Vale of Clwyd, Rhuddlan is a course which offers fine views and a sheltered climate screened by the Clwydian range. A gently undulating parkland course of 6,291 yards, par 72, providing an excellent test of golf and is a regularly-chosen venue for county and national championship events.

RHYL GOLF CLUB
Designed in 1890 by James Braid, one of the world’s greatest golf course designers, it still retains trademark features such as subtle dog legs, natural slopes and deep bunkers. In 2010, the club elected to undertake a £225,000, five-year refurbishment programme. More recently, after fears of possible closure, a restructuring and redeveloping of both the course and clubhouse were announced to fit within the sea defence programme. The course is 6,315-yards in total and is the only nine-hole links on the north Wales coast.

RUTHIN PWLLGLAS GOLF CLUB
A delightful and well-maintained course, situated above the village of Pwllglas in north Wales, affording magnificent panoramic views of the Vale of Clwyd and the Clwydian range beyond. Golf has been played on the site of Ruthin Pwllglas Golf Club for well over a hundred years.

ST MELYD GOLF CLUB, PRESTATYN
Below a wooded hillside above the town of Prestatyn, St Melyd Golf Club is a mature parkland course with tree-lined fairways and excellent greens. The club is only some 10 minutes from the A55 arterial expressway, with Manchester and Liverpool within an hour’s drive. Founded in 1922, St Melyd is a nine-hole course, but having 18 tees, it provides a different perspective for each hole.

VALE OF LLANGOLLEN GOLF CLUB
Awarded Gold status by the HSBC ranking system and is regarded as the top inland course in north Wales. The standard scratch of 73 makes it a tough challenge from the back tees, even for the many county and Welsh national competitions held at this magnificent location. The river holes at 9, 15 and 16 are outstanding and the 9th is regarded as one of the best holes in British golf. With such a beautiful setting on the valley floor beside the River Dee and overlooked by the glorious Welsh hills, even a bad round can seem enjoyable.
